Driven by innovation, this major capital investment introduces a ground-breaking process specifically designed to produce our new 250-bar capable high-pressure telescopic cylinders. The advanced line reduces production steps for each tube from 17 down to just 3, delivering greater efficiency and sustainability.

With the new HP Series, Edbro continues to provides a lightweight solution whilst increasing the maximum lift capacity and increasing the rigidity of the cylinder thanks to the use of the most modern manufacturing machinery. With less oil as standard the HP series continues the tradition of Lighter, Faster, Stronger for which Edbro are world renowned.

The new production line features:

• Advanced tube cutting with Reika technology, ensuring precision to within 0.2 mm

• A Mazak CNC mill-turn centre that operates unattended for up to six hours

• A high-performance polishing machine delivering ultra-fine finishes improving seal life and taking telescopic cylinder reliability to a new level
